What if you only had one more day?

A friend sent me this video today and it has got me thinking about how I want to use the time that God has given me which isn't already taken up by sleeping, eating, working, studying etc...
What would I do if I only had one day left?
Instead of wasting it, would I look for ways to serve God if I knew I only had one day left to live? I hope so.

Seriously give it a watch!

Even if I knew I had one year left... there are 525600 minutes in one year... What would I do with them? I think that knowing how much time I had left might make me more conscious of how I might use the time. I want to challenge us that actually, we can never know how much time we have left, but that should make us even more conscious of the way we spend each day, each minute. A friend and old colleague of mine died tragically just a few short days ago. He was a young and lively guy in his early twenties and he would never have known that he had so little time left - I for one want to make the most of my time no matter how long it is. I feel as though God is at the moment giving me a whole new outlook on life in so many ways, and challenging me to live my life the way He intended me to live it. No longer will I wish away a year, a week, a day, a moment... I will try and live each moment in the knowledge that I am a child of God and therefore my life is full of possibilities TODAY. I will use my time to serve Him. I will not sweat the small stuff. I will no longer be paralysed with worrying about what others think of me.
I will choose freedom and life.
Please join me!
